Take-Two reaffirms that Red Dead Redemption 2 will not have more delays

Executive manager of the company promised that the title will debut in October

Red Dead Redemption 2 was one of the most anticipated titles for 2017; however, Rockstar decided to delay its launch to perfect several of its sections. Given this, there are players who fear that the expected western will be postponed again.

We have good news if you are worried about a further delay of Red Dead Redemption 2. Strauss Zelnick, executive manager of Take-Two, said that the entire Rockstar team aims to meet the new release date.

The manager guaranteed that there will be no more delays in the debut of the game so you can rest assured and await his arrival at the end of October this year. While delays are never very good news, we must consider that developers needed time to meet their quality standards.

With this, they guarantee at the same time that the players are satisfied with the results. According to Zelnick, last year's delay helped Rockstar find and reach "that point of effort and perfection" that involves a project the size of Red Dead Redemption 2.

In addition, the director commented that there are "more than 1000 people in Rockstar Games with their hands in their hearts" waiting for the title to be released on the confirmed date. Several teams of the company have worked on the project for 8 years, so there is no need to fear for their quality standards either.

Previously, Zelnick mentioned that they would do everything possible so that the arrival of the west would not be delayed again. Without a doubt, it is good news to know that everything is going well for now and that we will see the game this year.

Rockstar promised that Red Dead Redemption 2 will have a complex and organic world, that in a certain way will surpass that of the first delivery. The surprises about this launch are not over yet, as the company prepares several special editions that will be announced in the coming days.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will arrive on October 26 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
