Update for Fortnite adds a weapon and a game mode

The expected Guided Missile Launcher is here

In order to have a fresh experience and keep their fans hooked, Epic Games released a new update for Fortnite. After installing it, players will find several new features such as a new weapon and the return of a game mode.

The highlight of the 3.4 update for Fortnite is the arrival of the Guided Missile Launcher. As we told you before, it is a new rocket launcher that stands out for launching missiles that you can control to ensure that they reach your target. Note that it is available in 2 levels of rarity: Epic (105 damage) and Legendary (110 damage).

In addition, the update also marks the return of Sniper Shootout, a limited time mode in which almost all the weapons that appear are far-reaching. The main difference is that on this occasion 2 weapons were added - Hunting Rifle and Crossbow - and the Magnum Revolver was removed.

An important point of the update for Fortnite is that it makes several improvements to the crossplay by presenting features that allow you to manage your list of Epic friends, as well as accept and respond to invitations to crossplay games. In addition, the Party Finder now includes your friends who play on other platforms.

Another important point to keep in mind is that Epic achieved "significant optimizations of GPUs that improved the visual quality and resolution in 60 fps mode" of Fortnite for Xbox One and PS4. This is why he felt that the 30 fps mode was no longer necessary and he withdrew it.

Finally, the update also adds the Easter mission for Save the World. His name is The Three Musketeers and in it, players will have to collect eggs and eliminate a new boss to unlock content.
