A new triple-a RPG for 2021 follows in the plans of CD Projekt RED

The project was already mentioned at the beginning of 2016.

Cyberpunk 2077 still has not made official its first big details, but from CD Projekt RED they maintain their firm intention to launch a new " triple-a narrative load RPG " before finishing the fiscal year 2021.

The news itself is not new, it was mentioned in the corresponding financial balance document at the beginning of 2016, but it can reinforce the idea of how advanced the development of Cyberpunk 2077 is, by allowing the Polish study to maintain its intention to undertake another great project at a relatively close date.

The report in which the "other triple-a RPG narrative charge" is quoted (page 16) does not offer much more details about what it might be. Users will quickly think of a continuation of The Witcher saga, but a few months ago we already reported on how CD Projekt discarded working on The Witcher 4 back then.

This week CD Projekt reported that Cyberpunk 2077 is presented as a technically very advanced video game. In addition, the Polish company pulled the muscle and confirmed that The Witcher franchise had already sold 33 million copies.
