Games News - Prepare maintenance tasks for PUBG on PC

The title will receive a patch and new cosmetic objects

PUBG Corp. released yesterday part of its plans for the future of PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS . The PC version is about to receive a new patch that will bring general improvements to the gaming experience. For this reason, the company announced another round of maintenance tasks.

If you are a PC user, keep in mind that the process will affect the Battle Royale servers for a few hours. The tasks will start today at 8:00 PM, Mexico City time. During this period it will not be possible to play on this platform.

PUBG Corp. expects the process to take approximately 3 hours, so you can return to the battlefield around 11:00 PM. Once the service returns, all changes, currently available on the test servers, will officially arrive at the game.

The company also confirmed the debut of new cosmetic items and loot boxes. You will have a 40% chance to get the Militia box and any player can open it freely. On the other hand, Fever boxes will be paid, so you will need a key to get your rewards.

The new loot boxes are available on the test servers, but tomorrow they will make their official debut.

PUBG Corp. said it will incorporate a matchmaking system based on the ping . He also revealed that he is already working on the third map of the game. The study is expected to provide more details in March.

PUBG is available on Xbox One and PC.
