Games News - Bungie changes its update plan for Destiny 2

Some features will arrive later than expected

Last month, Bungie shared with us his update plan for Destiny 2 , with which he gave us an idea of some of the features he is preparing for his shooter. Recently, the study announced that its plan will not be exactly as planned.

In a post on her blog , Bungie shared a new update calendar for Destiny 2 and explained that she had to delay some news. The content affected by this will be the unique rewards of Nightfall and the reduction of repetition of exotic objects. In case you do not know, this content was planned to arrive next week; however, it is now scheduled to debut until March 27 with update 1.1.4.

"With today's update we change some objects to later releases, this is because we are trying to ensure that each feature meets certain quality standards. While we wanted Nightfall's unique rewards to be in their hands next week to match Nightfall's score, it's more important that those rewards are worth the difficulty it takes to get them. They have to be super cool, so we give the artists time to be ... super cool, "the study said.

Later, Bungie announced that Rumble will arrive in Mayhem and Iron Banner 6v6 in a new game list that will be part of the 1.1.4 update. Also, look for fans to have more game modes to enjoy in Crucible and private games, so Doubles could be back.

"There are many things we want to talk about in the coming weeks. We promise to be as transparent as possible and we will keep you informed, "the study concluded.

In other news, a few days ago Destiny 2 was criticized harshly by the founder of Megaupload , did you see why? On the other hand, despite the controversy, the title of Bungie was one of the most successful in 2017 .

Destiny 2 is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
